With a fresh design and enhanced functionality, the new myPhonak is dedicated to providing you with a customized hearing experience that seamlessly meets your individual requirements. It facilitates enhanced control over your Phonak hearing aid(s) while also enabling tracking of your health information*.

The Remote Control feature empowers you to modify your hearing aid settings easily to match your unique preferences across different listening environments. You can adjust volume levels, refine specific features like noise reduction and microphone directionality, or select from preset programs designed for various situations. Moreover, you can make quick tweaks to the sound pitch in the equalizer using preset options (such as default, comfort, clarity, softer) or fine-tune adjustments with sliders for bass, middle, and treble.

Through Remote Support, you can schedule virtual appointments with your hearing care professional, allowing them to adjust your hearing aids remotely via a live video call.

The Health section offers a variety of functionalities, including tracking Steps*, Wearing time*, and setting optional goals. Additionally, users can monitor Activity levels*, Heart rate**, as well as Distance traveled during walks and runs***.

Another key feature of myPhonak is the ability to configure Tap Control, set up cleaning reminders, and view essential information like battery status and the current state of connected hearing aids and accessories.

In terms of hearing aid compatibility, myPhonak works seamlessly with Phonak hearing aids equipped with Bluetooth® capabilities. It is compatible with models including but not limited to:

Regarding device compatibility, myPhonak is certified for use with Google Mobile Services (GMS) compliant Android devices that support Bluetooth 4.2 and are running Android OS 8.0 or later. Devices must have Bluetooth low energy (BT-LE) capabilities.
